The Trade Commission of Denmark, Taipei is pleased to announce the opening of the Denmark visa application centre.

The visa applications could be submitted at the visa application centre in Taipei. Applications submitted in Taipei will be assessed by The Trade Commission of Denmark, located in Taipei. We offer the option of courier service for return of passport and documents submitted, directly to your door step.

From 11th of January 2011, the visa exemption applies to all ordinary Taiwanese passports which contain the identity card number of the holder.

For Prospective Applicants

Applicants who wish to apply for a visa are requested to kindly read the information on this site carefully. The guidelines listed on this site are to help you prepare your documents as accurately as possible. This will reduce the risk of your application being incomplete or take a longer time to being processed.

Please note you may submit your application in person or by a travel agent with a signed authorization letter. An entry clearance officer / manger may request for a personal interview at the Trade Commission of Denmark Taipei prior to a decision being taken on your application. The visa application centre shall assist you to take an appointment for the same.

Step 1 :	Prepare your application and supporting documents: Go to ‘All about your visas’ link on this website and find out details related to the visa category you want to apply for. You can find the applicable fee, documents required, application forms and more.
Step 2 :	Book an appointment to visit Visa Application Centre: To visit visa application centre you can make an appointment in advance. You can book an appointment online or by calling the Call Centre. Details provided on this website to schedule an appointment. Travel agents who plan to submit bulk applications please contact the visa application centre to book an appointment for your group at least one day before the date of submission.
Step 3 :	Submit your application: Visit Visa Application Centre as per appointment scheduled and submit your completed Visa Application Forms along with required supporting documents.
Step 4 :	Pay applicable Fee: Submission Officer will advise you on total payable amount and collect the fees you need to pay in cash. Receipt will be provided for all payments made at the centre. Please note: At the time of submission at the visa application centre, applicant has the choice to the following optional services: Subscribe for Courier Service for return of passport. Subscribe for SMS Service where Visa Application Centre sends application status on applicant’s mobile and via email.
